With 22 residential aged care villages and 20 retirement villages located across NSW and ACT, along with complementary home care services in most of these locations, we provide an important and valued service to older community members across South Western Sydney.

Position Information:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our friendly Care at Home team, based at our Mt Gilead office in South West Sydney.

In this diverse role, you will provide administration support to a team of carers who deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a busy and varied role that will see you working both independently and as part of a team, supporting a geographically diverse workforce.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years' previous experience in an administration position, ideally within the aged care or not-for-profit sector
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to get on with the job and get things done
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients and working with them to ensure they receive the highest possible standard of care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences

Important Information:

  • The successful candidate must have, or be able to obtain, a current National Police Check and be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment.
