Your new role
This is a newly focused growth role aimed at increasing market penetration across:

  • Electrical contractors
  • Solar and renewable energy projects
  • Utilities and electricity transmission networks
  • Data centres and critical infrastructure
  • Electrical wholesalers
  • Commercial and industrial end users

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales growth strategies, identifying emerging market opportunities, building long-term customer partnerships and influencing future product development through market insight.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market growth strategies across the electrical and energy sectors
  • Build relationships with utilities, energy network operators, EPC contractors, electrical contractors and project owners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across solar, renewable energy and infrastructure projects
  • Manage and grow key accounts, strengthening customer engagement and market share
  • Establish and expand routes to market through electrical wholesale partners
  • Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback to support strategic planning and product development
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade exhibitions and sector forums
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with customer and market requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in business development, technical sales or account management within the electrical industry
  • Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, transmission networks or related industries
  • Established relationships across contractors, wholesalers, utilities or project delivery environments
  • A strategic approach to identifying and converting growth opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across a global organisation
  • Experience working within a multinational or technical B2B environment will be highly regarded
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, electrical technologies, business or a related discipline.
