Assistant Venue Manager

What is the role?

As the Assistant Venue Manager for our Timezone Eastgardens venue, you will help run this multi-faceted venue & be an inspiring leader to our team! You will enjoy having input & influence over the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

Got flexibility? We'd love to hear from candidates who can work 4–5 days a week, including a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends!

Who are you?

• You must hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain one

• You must hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate

• A hands on & effective leader with experience in managing within a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue

• A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you

• Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings

• A speedy learner with a good understanding of the financial management of a business

• Passionate about guest experience & ensuring everyone leaves your venue smiling
