As the Workspace Operations Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the space, ensuring members receive an outstanding experience while leading the team and keeping daily operations running seamlessly.

About the role:

Reporting Directly to the Owners of this business , you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the coworking space, leading the front-of-house team while balancing community engagement, facilities, commercial operations and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver a consistently exceptional member experience
  • Build lasting relationships with members, responding to enquiries and anticipating their business needs
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, contractors and compliance to maintain the presentation and functionality of the workspace
  • Manage leasing administration, renewals, rent reviews, arrears and office move coordination
  • Prepare operational reports, assist with budgeting and coordinate community and business events throughout the year

Skills & experience

  • Experience managing a coworking space or business centre
  • Proven ability to lead people and confidently manage day-to-day operations
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An outgoing & engaging personality who invests time into their clients and team
