Multiple Aluminium Welders needed for ongoing casual work in Springvale South

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in the design and fabrication of high-quality aluminium products for a range of industries. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking experienced Aluminium Welders to join their team immediately.This is an excellent opportunity for tradespeople or skilled welders with strong aluminium welding experience who take pride in producing high-quality work.
Your new role

• MIG welding of aluminium assemblies and fabricated products
• Some TIG welding of aluminium components to a high standard
• Grinding, sanding, polishing and finishing welds
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working collaboratively within the production team to meet deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience welding aluminium
• Strong MIG welding skills
• Experience sanding, grinding and finishing fabricated products
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
