About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing operation in Turrella is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for consistent full-time work, overtime, and a stable environment.
You’ll play a key role in the fabrication of roller drums and structural steel components, working from detailed production drawings in a fast-paced, quality-driven workshop.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating roller drums and steel components from technical drawings
- Producing high-quality welds with strong attention to detail
- Manufacturing custom and specialised items as required
- Handling and organising raw materials safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Welder in a production or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Forklift licence (essential)
Highly Regarded
- Formal welding certifications
- Basic computer skills
