We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused team members to join our friendly team at Port Macquarie Priceline Pharmacy.

We have opportunities available across our dispensary and retail teams:

• 2 x Dispense Technician / Webster Packer – 30 hours per week each, with some weekend work required.
• 1 x Retail Supervisor – 25–30 hours per week, with weekend work required.

Position 1: Dispense Technician / Webster Packer

About the Role

Port Macquarie Priceline Pharmacy is looking for two reliable, organised and detail-oriented Dispense Technicians / Webster Packers to join our pharmacy team.

These part-time positions offer 30 hours per week, with some weekend work required. You will play an important role in preparing Webster medication packs and supporting dispensary operations, helping ensure patients receive their medications safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and pack Webster medication packs in accordance with established procedures and pharmacist direction.
• Assist with dispensing prescriptions and other dispensary duties within your training and scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate medication packing records and complete relevant documentation.
• Assist with stock management and maintain an organised dispensary.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, medication safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to support efficient dispensary operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through friendly, professional and respectful service.

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a pharmacy dispensary, Webster packing or medication packing role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to follow procedures and work methodically in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work some weekends as required.
• A responsible and dependable approach, with a commitment to patient safety.

Relevant pharmacy qualifications or Dispense Technician training will be highly regarded. Previous Webster packing experience is desirable.

Position 2: Retail Supervisor

About the Role

Port Macquarie Priceline Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our retail team.

This part-time position offers 25–30 hours per week, with weekend availability essential. The successful candidate will help lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the retail area operates efficiently and professionally.

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys supporting a team, taking responsibility and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the retail area and assist with supervising team members.
• Lead by example to deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and help them find suitable products.
• Support stock replenishment, merchandising, promotional displays and stock presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, where required.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
• Support the Retail Manager with team coordination, task allocation and day-to-day priorities.
• Assist with training and supporting team members to maintain consistent service standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and loss-prevention practices.
• Help create a positive, collaborative and customer-focused working environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior retail position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The confidence to support, guide and motivate team members.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in store presentation.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Availability to work weekends as part of the regular roster.

Previous pharmacy, health, beauty or retail supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
