Warehouse Pickers & Packers
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading as required

About the Role:
AWX are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers / Packers to join leading warehouses and distribution centres across Sydney and Western Sydney.
These roles are ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience, as well as those looking to build their skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment. No forklift licence is required.
You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, moving stock throughout the warehouse and assisting with general warehouse duties while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems where required
• Sort, label and prepare products for dispatch
• Move stock throughout the warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading as required
• Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
These roles involve repetitive manual handling, standing for extended periods and regular lifting of products, including some heavy lifting.
What You'll Need:
• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations where required
