Warehouse Operative required in Mount Isa. $40/hr + overtime penalties, Monday to Friday

Your new role
Hays is currentlyseeking an experienced Warehouse Operative for a position based in Mount Isa.
This is a hands onrole suited to someone with previous warehouse experience who is also confidentdealing with customers. Youll be responsible for the day to day movement ofstock, order picking, receiving goods and assisting customers at the front counter.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

Unpacking and putting away stock in the warehouse and showroom Picking and preparing orders Receiving incoming goods Customer service and front counter duties Completing deliveries General cleaning of the showroom and office areas

What youll need to succeed
To be successful,you will have:
Previous warehouse experience Strong customer service skills Current forklift licence Current drivers licence preferred but not essential Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am4:30pm Reliable and hands on approach to work
What youll get in return
$40 per hour for 8 ordinary hours per day Overtime penalties applicable after ordinary hours Monday to Friday roster Consistent daytime hours Flexible lunch arrangements where required for school pick up (if needed) Mount Isa based position
