- Responsible for day to day movement of stock and order picking.
- Provide customer service and assist at the front counter.

Your new role
Hays is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative for a position based in Mount Isa.
This is a hands on role suited to someone with previous warehouse experience who is also confident dealing with customers. You'll be responsible for the day to day movement of stock, order picking, receiving goods and assisting customers at the front counter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Unpacking and putting away stock in the warehouse and showroom
- Picking and preparing orders
- Receiving incoming goods
- Customer service and front counter duties
- Completing deliveries
- General cleaning of the showroom and office areas
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Current forklift licence
- Current driver's licence preferred but not essential
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Reliable and hands on approach to work
What you'll get in return
- $40 per hour for 8 ordinary hours per day
- Overtime penalties applicable after ordinary hours
- Monday to Friday roster

- Flexible lunch arrangements where required for school pick up (if needed)
