  Warehouse Operations Manager

  Reporting to the DC Manager, this full-time role is based in St Peters, NSW and is instrumental in maintaining our high standards of efficiency, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction across the warehouse environment.

  A Day in the Life

  As Assistant Warehouse Manager, you’ll work closely with the DC Manager and be a hands-on leader within our Distribution Centre. Your day will involve:

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the National Warehouse
  • Leading and supporting team members on the floor, including 2 direct reports
  • Helping ensure store and online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
  • Assisting with stock receipting, dispatch, and basic inventory control
  • Following and helping implement warehouse procedures and improvements
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to meet daily targets
  • Promoting safe work practices and a positive, team-focused culture

  Your Experience:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Proven experience managing inventory, stock control, and stocktake processes
  • Experience ensuring compliance with WHS and safety standards
  • A track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to success
  • Forklift licence
