About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support warehouse and production operations through product assembly, stock management, order fulfilment, and general operational assistance.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling composting toilets, greywater systems, and related products
- Following assembly procedures, quality control processes and final inspections
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately
- Preparing freight consignments and shipping documentation
- Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock
- Assisting with stock rotation, inventory management, and stocktakes
- Operating warehouse equipment and tools safely
- Supporting production planning and daily workflow requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or assembly environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated approach to work
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
