C&H Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced MR Driver/Assembler for our client, a leading provider of mobile security and surveillance solutions servicing construction, civil and industrial sites across Sydney.
This is a hands-on role offering a great mix of driving, crane operation, equipment installation and customer interaction. If you enjoy being out on the road but don't want to spend all day behind the wheel, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role
- Safely operate an MR truck to deliver equipment to sites across Sydney
- Operate a Hiab crane to load, unload and position equipment
- Install, relocate and recover mobile security trailers and surveillance systems
- Assemble and set up security equipment at customer sites
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations and adjustments
- Perform basic fault finding, testing and equipment inspections
- Ensure all equipment is operational and ready for client use
- Complete site installations in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Provide professional customer service and represent the company on-site
- Assist with general workshop, maintenance and yard duties when required
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Current MR Licence
- Hiab / Loading Crane experience (highly regarded)
- Construction White Card
- Forklift Licence (advantageous)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Experience in equipment installation, assembly or site-based work will be highly regarded
