We are currently looking to meet with professionals who are interested in being considered for Construction Contract Administrator (CA), Project Management (PM), Estimator and Quantity Surveyor positions.
Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who are experienced in one or more of the following areas:
- Creating client and subcontractor contracts;
- Supporting Project Managers with project coordination;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties;
- Tender response evaluation;
- Taking minutes and following up on meetings;
- Certification and payment progress claims;
- Final payments;
- Subcontractor negotiation, selection and management;
- Cost reporting and finalisation of contracts; and
- Maintaining construction documents to a high standard.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Expertise in their relevant field;
- Proficient general administration skills;
- Exceptional organisation skills;
- Ability to identify ways to improve procedures; and
- Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
