Your new role
As the TechnologyOne Application Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting, administering and optimising enterprise applications, with a particular focus on TechnologyOne Property & Rating and Business Process Automation (BPA). You'll act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, ensuring application performance, service delivery and continuous improvement objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and administering TechnologyOne and other enterprise business applications.
- Managing and improving Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows and business processes.
- Supporting TechnologyOne Property & Rating configuration, enhancements and ongoing administration.
- Coordinating incidents, problems, changes, upgrades and releases.
- Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Supporting application integrations, permissions, access governance and audit activities.
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Driving system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience supporting TechnologyOne applications, ideally including Property & Rating.
- Experience with BPA (Business Process Automation), workflows, automation and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of local government or enterprise business processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
- Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes.
Desirable
- TechnologyOne certification.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with audit, risk and governance activities.
- Jira and Agile experience.
