Your New Role:As a Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Agile delivery teams to develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications.Key responsibilities include:Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.Refine user stories, backlog items, and technical specifications.Perform data analysis, entity model design, integration mapping, and solution configuration.Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, workflows, plug-ins, Power Automate flows, and integrations.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and release activities within an Agile environment.Create and maintain technical and as-built documentation.Support application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, testing, and production support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve delivery practices, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
What you will need to succeed:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer and 3 years' experience as a Techno Functional Consultant.Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and associated technologies.Proven experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 solution lifecycle management and Azure DevOps.Experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Portals.Strong understanding of entity modelling, data analysis, integration mappings, and enterprise application design.Experience with Azure cloud services, GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Technical experience with Angular, C#, HTML, CSS, and Web APIs.Experience working within Agile/SAFe delivery environments.Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
