About the role 
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of technology initiatives across one or more products. You'll work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, remove delivery impediments and ensure teams are positioned to deliver successful outcomes efficiently and sustainably.

•    Lead the coordination and execution of technology delivery activities across products and initiatives. 
•    Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and priorities to support successful outcomes. 
•    Facilitate planning, review and governance activities to ensure alignment across technology and business teams. 
•    Provide visibility of delivery progress, issues and risks, enabling informed decision-making. 
•    Foster collaboration across product, engineering, architecture and operational teams. 
•    Identify and remove delivery impediments while supporting teams to achieve agreed objectives. 
•    Analyse delivery performance and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, predictability and value delivery. 
•    Champion delivery best practices, continuous improvement and a culture of accountability and transparency.

About you  
•    Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating technology delivery within complex environments. 
•    Strong knowledge of Agile, iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies. 
•    Experience managing delivery plans, cross-team dependencies, risks and competing priorities. 
•    Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve outcomes without direct authority. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate complex delivery challenges. 
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information, delivery status, risks and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
