We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major Health Connect program focused on delivering and enhancing critical digital health services. This is an opportunity to work on products that will be used by healthcare providers and organisations nationally, enabling secure access to healthcare information and services.
Your new role
Working within a collaborative delivery team, you will initially focus on the service transition and operational readiness of two key Health Connect products. You will work closely with technical teams, product owners and operational stakeholders to develop the documentation, processes and support models required for business-as-usual operations.

This will include:

  • Developing service transition and operational support documentation
  • Defining incident, problem and escalation management processes
  • Working with technical teams to understand system integrations, dependencies and support requirements
  • Translating technical concepts into clear documentation for operational and non-technical audiences
  • Supporting ongoing enhancements and future releases

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex digital or technology transformation programs
  • Experience developing operational readiness, service transition or support documentation
  • Strong understanding of incident management, operational support and service management processes
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working across system integrations, digital platforms or API-enabled solutions

Previous experience within healthcare, digital health or health technology environments will be highly regarded, particularly candidates familiar with healthcare terminology, provider ecosystems and healthcare service delivery.
