We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader who is ready to take ownership, inspire a team and drive the success of a high-performing property management department. 
This is more than a portfolio management role — it’s an opportunity to lead people, shape processes, elevate performance and make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, setting clear standards, driving accountability and ensuring an exceptional level of service across the department.

The Role:

• Manage small portfolio of premium clients 
• Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers & Assistants
• Work closely with Management
• Assisting in recruitment, onboard and training
• Manage any escalated issues with owners or tenants
• Report into management on team performance, KPI’s etc.
• Attend team meetings
• Implement any positive changes to the team

The Candidate:

• Previous Senior Property Management or Team Leader experience
• You need to possess leadership attributes!
• Be a ‘go-to’ person and a peoples person
• A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 
• Own car and Drivers license
• Have the ability to work with leadership 
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
