Team Leader | Large-Format Retail

We're partnering with a well-established national retailer to find an experienced Team Leader to join their leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be out on the shop floor, leading from the front and making a genuine impact across sales, service, team performance and day-to-day store operations.

About the role

You'll play a key role in supporting the store leadership team and driving the team towards commercial success.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of up to 20
• Driving sales, service and KPI performance
• Leading by example across the shop floor
• Supporting merchandising and stock management
• Understanding sales trends, top sellers and team performance
• Managing high stock volumes and maintaining operational standards
• Creating an outstanding customer experience
• Supporting the store leadership team to achieve budgets and targets

What we're looking for

• Previous leadership experience within a large-format retail environment
• Experience leading and developing a sizeable team
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance
• Experience working with high stock volumes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for the outdoors or an active lifestyle would be highly regarded
• First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
• Full-time availability across late nights and weekends
• Full working rights in Australia
