Your Time to Shine
As Team Leader – Admissions, you’ll lead a busy, multi-channel team responsible for supporting applicants across phone, email and CRM-based services throughout the admissions journey. You'll help ensure applicants receive timely, accurate and high-quality support as they move from application through to offer and enrolment.
You’ll play an important role in managing the day-to-day operations and team performance, while also looking beyond the immediate workload to identify opportunities to improve applicant outcomes. This includes using data and insights to identify applicants who may need additional support, coordinating proactive and targeted engagement activities, and working across teams to address barriers that may prevent applicants from progressing to enrolment.
We’re looking for an experienced people leader who can balance operational delivery with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer experience. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using data to inform priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve the applicant journey and support successful enrolment outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in developing a student/customer-centred service culture, including training, coaching and guiding individuals and teams.
- Experience managing business support functions, including financial, administrative and customer support, with competence across multiple software packages.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage conflict and work effectively with diverse cohorts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities, drive continuous improvement, analyse complex information, report findings and ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
