Your new role
As the Team Leader – Business Support & Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a consistent Quality Management and compliance culture across Uniting Housing.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Business Support & Compliance Team
- Reviewing, maintaining and publishing the appropriate policies, procedures and standards to maintain Uniting Housing registration
- Managing compliance reporting, internal audits, and addressing any audit findings or concerns
- Oversee the delivery of maintenance compliance, annual rent reviews and the Uniting’s Community Engagement Strategy

Your skills and experience
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline, including community services, social sciences or social housing management
- Qualification/s in residential property management
- Experience in the community housing and/or homelessness services sectors (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in the community housing sector (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of asset management, building and safety regulations and standards (highly desirable)
- Strong skills and experience in quality improvement processes and compliance
- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage a team in a changing environment
