About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Newman team and lead the successful delivery of commercial construction and maintenance projects across the Pilbara.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coordinating teams, building strong client relationships and delivering quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and support site teams and subcontractors.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Manage schedules, resources and materials.
  • Maintain accurate site records, documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to project management and stakeholders.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote and maintain a positive safety culture by leading through example and conducting regular field leadership and safety interactions.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience supervising commercial construction projects and/or building maintenance works.
  • Background in the building and construction industry, with a trade qualification highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to quality.
  • Completion of S26 Statutory Supervisor Training is required
