Supervisor - Warehouse and Logistics New

Our client is an industry leader in their field and has a genuine opportunity for an experienced warehousing professional. Based in Dubbo, you will be part of a network of regional sites and be responsible for a close-knit team. You will take ownership of the day to day warehouse operations, leading from the front, but not afraid to get down in the trenches when required.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, coach and support a team of 8 in a busy warehouse to achieve safe and efficient outcomes
- oversee daily operations including picking, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination
- Coordinate daily workloads, deliveries and transport to meet customer expectations
- Drive and deliver a strong safety culture
About you:
- Previous leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or transport mangaement
- Excellent customer service focus
- Genuine commitment to workplace safety
- Forklift licence and experience essential. HR licence would be highly regarded.
- General computer literacy including MS Office with SAP (or similar) an advantage
