To be successful you must have the following:

• Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects
• Strong understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• Experience managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement and structural trades
• Strong ability to programme and coordinate works on site
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills
• A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
• The ability to take ownership of your section of the project and drive delivery

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural works on a major multi-residential development, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
