Hillcrest Christian College is seeking an experienced and passionate Strings Coordinator to lead and grow our vibrant strings program. This unique casual role commencing Term 4 2026, combines high-quality strings tuition with program leadership, supporting students from beginner to advanced levels while fostering a love of music and performance.
Working closely with the Director of Performance, the Strings Coordinator will deliver individual and small group strings lessons, oversee student development, coordinate ensembles, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and special events, and design and deliver the College's beginner strings immersion program. The role also includes leading a team of string tutors, coordinating student placements and teaching allocations, and supporting the ongoing growth and excellence of the College's strings program.
