Your new role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Strategic Scheduling Lead to oversee integrated scheduling across major, interconnected programs. Youll lead a team of schedulers while remaining technically hands-on, ensuring program dependencies, critical paths and delivery risks are clearly understood and communicated to senior stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain complex integrated master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate schedules across multiple projects, portfolios and delivery partners.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of up to 10 schedulers.
• Analyse critical paths, dependencies, schedule risks and delivery milestones.
• Provide schedule assurance, executive reporting and recommendations to improve delivery confidence.

What you'll need to succeed
Extensive hands-on Primavera P6 experience.Proven integrated master scheduling experience across major infrastructure or complex programs.Demonstrated direct people management and technical leadership.Strong critical-path analysis, schedule governance and dependency management skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to work with incomplete information.What you'll get in return
