NEW TO STRATA?
You do not necessarily need previous strata experience.

If you come from property, administration, customer service or another client-focused environment, we are working on opportunities for Trainee and Assistant Strata Managers where you can learn the industry properly.

You’ll work alongside experienced Strata Managers, gain hands-on exposure and gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow.

No being handed a portfolio on day two and told to work it out.
These businesses genuinely want to develop the next generation of Strata Managers.
