The Role
- Manage an established portfolio of mixed strata schemes
- Build strong relationships with owners and committees
- Provide guidance and advice on strata matters
- Oversee meetings, compliance and day-to-day portfolio management
- Work closely with a supportive internal team
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining long-term client relationships
About You
- Previous experience in Strata Management
- Sound understanding of strata legislation and compliance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and confident managing your own portfolio
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service
