The Portfolio

Approx. 65 buildings / 800 lots
Predominantly residential
Only 1 BMC
Well-structured, stable portfolio with established clients
Office-based with WFH flexibility available after probation

Responsibilities

Full end-to-end management of a residential strata portfolio
Independently preparing for and running AGMs and EGMs
Managing owners, committees, contractors, and service providers
Financial oversight including budgets, levies, and reporting
Ensuring compliance and best-practice strata management
Building strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements

Class 2 Strata Licence (essential)
3+ years’ experience managing your own portfolio
Confident and experienced chairing AGMs
Confident managing a medium-sized portfolio with limited supervision
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
