Strata Manager - Northern Suburbs

Our client is a highly respected boutique strata management firm based in Perth’s northern suburbs and is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Strata Manager to join their collaborative and professional team. Known for delivering personalised strata management services and building strong relationships with their clients, the company prides itself on maintaining a high standard of service across all aspects of strata management. This newly created role offers the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of approximately 13 schemes (around 300 lots), while also supporting experienced Strata Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios and associated administrative responsibilities. Working within a modern office environment with excellent staff facilities, this position will suit someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is looking to further develop their career within the strata industry. It presents an excellent opportunity for an existing Assistant Strata Manager who is ready to take on greater responsibility while continuing to learn from experienced industry professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a small portfolio of strata schemes (approx. 13 schemes / 300 lots)
• Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and minutes for Strata Company meetings
• Conduct general meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up
• Coordinate maintenance contracts and contractor work orders
• Maintain accurate strata records and documentation
• Assist with insurance claims and related administration
• Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Strata Managers
• Liaise with owners, councils, and contractors to support effective scheme management

What you’ll need:

• Certificate IV in Strata
• 1-2 years of Strata experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication
