Our client Fruitopia Mount Druitt is looking to fulfil a position of a Shop Manager immediately at their Mount Druitt NSW 2770 location.

The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties and responsibilities:

• Determine and manage Fruitopia’s product range, inventory requirements, and customer service standards to ensure efficient retail operations and meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and competitive pricing policies to maximise sales, maintain profitability, and support business growth.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, in-store advertising, and product displays to attract customers and increase awareness of Fruitopia’s products and services.
• Oversee retail sales activities, assist customers with product enquiries, and provide advice on product selection, quality, storage, and appropriate use.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, sales transactions, and financial activities to support effective business management.
• Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor operational expenses, review sales performance, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
• Manage employee recruitment, selection, training, rostering, and supervision to maintain staff productivity, operational efficiency, and high customer service standards.
• Ensure the store complies with relevant occupational health and safety regulations, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace policies.

Requirements
