Home Styling & Fashion Managers – Wagga
We are seeking an experience Retail Manager who a warm, energetic, and proactive approach to customers and retail leadership. You will be confident in cultivating a loyal customer following, delivering exceptional service, and offering style inspiration tailored to each client. Working within a family-owned business, you will lead daily operations, support a small team, and maintain high standards across visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer experience. Success in this role will come from your ability to balance operational excellence with a genuine passion for creating a beautiful and inviting retail environment.
As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in building and strengthening client relationships while creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. Naturally skilled in customer service, you'll showcase the store's beautifully curated product range, drive repeat business and proudly represent the brand within the local community. This is a hands-on role that combines customer engagement with ownership of day-to-day store operations, requiring the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
