Your new companyYou will be working with a newly established financial services firm in Australia, with an affiliated presence in Hong Kong. The firm is positioned to build a cross-border investment platform, focusing on equities execution and wealth solutions for high-net-worth clients.The business is structured with a primary focus on equities, complemented by a developing asset management offering, including equity-focused funds and diversified strategies.
Your new roleMy client is seeking a Stockbroking Relationship Manager to join our growing equities platform. This is a revenue-generating role mainly in newclient acquisition, relationship management, and equities execution. The position is suited to candidates who are comfortable operating across the full client lifecycle from originating new relationships to driving trading activity and long-term engagement.
The role will focus on a predominantly Mandarin-speaking client base, including clients familiar with or actively investing in the China A-share market, alongside broader global equities exposure.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in stockbroking, wealth management, or financial services (typically 36+ years)
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clientstargetting HNW/UHNW Chinese clients
- Strong understanding of equities markets, with familiarity in China A-share market
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue generation
- Fluent in bothMandarin and English
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
