    About the Role:

    Are you a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist who is looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to a variety of clients, including children and adults. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and work closely with clients and their families to achieve their goals.

    • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.
    • Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
    • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
    • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
    • Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
    • Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
