About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client outcomes.
You will:

• Build and manage your own client base with the freedom to choose when, where, and how much you work.
• Deliver evidence-based, client-focused speech pathology services across various referral pathways.
• Be supported by centralised administrative functions including client onboarding, service agreements, and invoicing — allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA registration (or eligibility for membership).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• A collaborative, ethical, and client-focused approach.
• Suitable technology and means to deliver both in-person and telehealth services.
