We are seeking a reliable, caring and safety-focused Special Needs School Bus Driver to join our team based at our Dandenong Depot.
Position Details
Location: Dandenong, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 6:45am – 9:45am
- Afternoon Shift: 2:05pm – 5:05pm
This role is ideal for parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for consistent hours with school-friendly schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students with special needs to and from school.
- Provide a positive, supportive and respectful experience for students.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
- Follow designated routes and schedules.
- Work closely with bus aides, parents, schools and management.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety and company procedures.
About You
- Hold a current MR Licence (or higher).
- Have a current Driver Accreditation (or be willing to obtain).
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrate patience, compassion and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a professional and reliable approach to work.
- Have a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
