Our luxurious Osprey Day Spa is inspired by natural surroundings and is home to a team of handpicked therapists that tailor relaxation and organic beauty treatments for our guests. Our indulgence experiences are naturally toxin-free, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. Ideally you will have three years’ experience in a Resort Spa environment and be available to start in August working right though the summer season into 2025.

The role: Reporting to our Spa Manager, you will demonstrate a passion for health, healing, wellbeing, and customer service whilst delivering professional massages and treatments to our guests. As part of our Spa Team you will have access to Lagaia and Waterlily products and treatments with generous discounts available. Spa opening hours are 10am - 6pm.

Hours: We have on-going casual Spa Therapist position available, working across 7 days a week.

  • Previous experience as a spa therapist within a Resort/Hotel environment
  • It is essential that you hold a professional qualification Cert IV/Diploma in Remedial Massage and it would be highly regarded if you also hold a Cert IV/Diploma in Beauty
  • Experienced and confident in delivering facial and body treatments
  • Ability to be able to perform all types of massages up to 6 massages per day
  • Experience with pregnancy massage and pregnancy treatments
  • Calm and nurturing approach when interacting with clients
  • Full availability including weekends and public holidays
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and proven track record in retail sales
  • High degree of communication and listening skills
  • Available to work all of December and January
  • WHV are encouraged to apply if you can commit to a min of 6-12 months
