This is an opportunity to join a highly respected Newcastle-based residential builder recognised for delivering exceptional custom homes and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers. With a strong pipeline of secured projects across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region, they are seeking a Site Supervisor who shares their passion for quality craftsmanship and customer experience.
Your new role
You will oversee the delivery of custom residential projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring each home is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This role will suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building strong client relationships and understands the level of detail required when delivering bespoke residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential projects throughout the construction lifecycle
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain exceptional build standards
- Maintain site safety and regulatory compliance
- Liaise directly with clients throughout the build process
- Manage defects, handovers and project closeout activities
- Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
- Proven experience delivering custom homes, luxury homes or architecturally designed projects
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and sequencing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
- Current Driving Licence
- Relevant building qualifications highly regarded
