At Halcyon, we build more than homes. We create communities designed for over 50s living, delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of multiple homes within our Halcyon Promenade community.

We're Looking For
An experienced residential Site Supervisor who can confidently manage multiple homes through all stages of construction, while maintaining quality, safety and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent opportunity at Burpengary.

What You'll Do
As part of the Residential Construction team, you'll manage the end to end delivery of homes from site commencement through to homeowner handover.

• Manage multiple residential builds simultaneously
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure homes are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Maintain high-quality construction standards and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout the construction journey
• Complete handovers, defect management and post settlement inspections
• Support site safety and foster a positive team culture

About You
You're passionate about residential construction and take pride in delivering quality homes and outstanding customer experiences. You thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy working closely with trades, suppliers and homeowners to achieve successful outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and WHS requirements
• Experience managing subcontractors and trade partners
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
