As a Site Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential builds across Sydney, Inner West, North West Sydney, Parramatta, ensuring every home is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the exceptional standards we're known for. You'll be responsible for managing multiple residential construction projects from site commencement through to handover. You will become the key point of contact for customers during construction, ensuring a seamless building experience while delivering outstanding quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage the day-to-day construction of multiple new home buildsCoordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and materials to maximise site productivityConduct frame stage inspections and prepare frame write-upsEnsure homes are built to specification, quality standards, and construction timelinesMonitor and enforce site safety and OH&S complianceBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customersIdentify and resolve construction issues proactivelyManage project costs, site performance, and build progressConduct quality inspections throughout the construction processDeliver an exceptional customer experience through regular communication; andComplete final inspections and proudly hand over keys to customers at completion.
