I am working exclusively with a highly respected high-end residential builder to appoint a strong Site Manager to join their growing team.

This builder specialises in complex, architecturally designed luxury homes across Sydney's coastline, with three new projects commencing this year ranging from $6-8M. They are known for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships and operational excellence.

With a collaborative leadership team and a clear pipeline of premium projects, this is an opportunity to join a builder that values professionalism, accountability and long-term growth.

About the Role / Duties
This role requires a highly experienced, well-rounded Site Manager who can confidently run a project end-to-end.

You will take ownership of one of three complex coastal builds and be responsible for driving programme, quality and safety on site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full construction programme from excavation through to defect completion
• Overseeing excavation, concrete, set out, structure and finishes
• Owning and driving the construction programme
• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship across all stages
• Managing budgets, variations and reporting
• Liaising directly with clients, consultants and suppliers
• Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager
• Driving site safety and compliance

This role is suited to someone who can run it all from groundworks through to handover and takes pride in delivering high-end outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years' demonstrated experience in high-end residential construction
• Carpentry background
• Strong client-facing and site communication skills 
• Proven experience delivering luxury homes in the $5M+ range
• Strong technical knowledge across:
  • Excavation
  • Concrete works
  • Set out
  • Structural stages
  • Defect completion
  • Programme ownership
• Ability to independently manage and sequence trades
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements
• Confident communicator with clients and consultants
• Professional, solutions-focused and calm under pressure

Salary
$140,000 - $160,000 + Super
(Commensurate with experience)
