Join a T3 builder as the Site Manager on a $6million office building in Drouin. With construction commencing soon, you'll take ownership of the project from day one through to completion. The role offers a package of up to $190k.
This builder delivers a diverse mix of commercial and institutional projects across Greater Melbourne. Their work spans detailed fit-outs through to structural new builds, giving the team exposure to a broader range of projects than many competitors. Projects typically range from $1m to $20m, with current work stretching across Melbourne's west, north, south-east, Gippsland and bayside regions. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work throughout Gippsland, you'll have the opportunity to continue delivering projects within the region once this project is complete.

To be considered, you'll need previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects, ideally on projects with a similar value. Experience delivering multi-level projects will be highly regarded. You must have strong leadership skills, a solid focus on safety and quality and a stable employment history.
