Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add experienced Site Managers and Site Foremen to their delivery team.
The Opportunities
Site Manager
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on program and to a high standard of quality.
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site staff
- Oversee programming, quality control and site safety
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and authorities
- Champion a strong safety culture on site
Site Foreman
Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll coordinate trades and supervise daily site activities to keep works progressing efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
- Monitor quality, safety and program compliance
- Support site documentation and toolbox talks
- Help resolve on-site issues as they arise
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role on commercial and/or residential projects
- Solid understanding of building codes and WHS requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A trade background is highly regarded
- Relevant tickets and certifications (White Card, First Aid, etc.)
