With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, this is an opportunity to play a key role in bringing a landmark project to completion.
Your new role
Site ManagerReporting to the Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site activities from structure through to completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour Drive programme and productivity outcomes Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures Maintain quality assurance standards throughout construction Liaise with project stakeholders and management teams

Finishing ForemanWorking closely with the Site Manager, you will lead the finishing stages of the project and drive quality outcomes through to practical completion.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage finishing tradesConduct defect inspections and close-out activitiesMonitor quality and workmanship across all finishing worksAssist with programme management and trade sequencingSupport handover and practical completion processesMaintain site safety and presentation standardsWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience delivering commercial or multi-residential projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to build effective relationships with subcontractors and stakeholdersTrade or construction-related qualifications highly regardedStrong understanding of quality, programme, and safety requirementsWhat you'll get in return
