We're a specialist construction recruitment agency partnering with a highly regarded commercial construction company in Sydney. They're looking to expand their team with a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee office fit outs in Sydney CBD.
Your Impact on the Sydney Skyline:
You'll manage a variety of commercial projects, from brand new office fit outs to spec suites, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial construction site management
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations on complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of WHS regulations and a commitment to a safe worksite
- Proactive problem-solving approach – you'll anticipate challenges and find solutions
Stand Out From the Crowd:
- Experience in high end commercial fit-outs
- Trade background or qualifications in construction management
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Hammertech)
