Responsibilities
- Filling and rotating stock to maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing displays
- Keeping the Back of House organised, clean, and well-managed
- Monitoring stock quality, dates, and rotation (FIFO)
- Maintaining excellent shelf management for accurate customer convenience
- Providing helpful, on-the-floor customer service
- Upholding food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
About You
You're someone who genuinely loves food and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ideally, you'll bring some previous experience in fresh food retail, along with:
- Strong attention to detail and sharp organisational skills
- The physical capability for manual handling and being on your feet throughout your shift
- A true team-player mentality backed by a solid work ethic
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, covering both AM and PM shifts
