HBK Holdings McDonald's Chinchilla are hiring energetic full-time Shift Managers at McDonald's Chinchilla, Dalby and Newtown. This role involves overseeing shifts and running a designated area. As a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis.
- As a Shift Manager you are responsible for delivering outstanding QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.
- Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
- Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment
- Responsible for maintaining food safety to the highest standard.
- Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
- Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
- Work within a team to deliver the best quality and experience for our customers.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to)
- Ensure to always promote a prompt and friendly service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Plan work schedules and assign staff duties.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff promotions or dismissals.
- Training staff.
- Handle complaints and decide on appropriate actions.
- Monitor inventory and order new stock as needed.
- Ensure to follow accurate pricing and proper product display.
- Enforce safety procedures throughout the store.
- Embraces and promotes the McDonalds open-door policy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Skills certificate 3 or 4 in Retail and minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
OR
3 years of RELEVANT WORK experience might be considered in case where no formal qualifications.
