Services Coordinator role with a respected commercial builder.

Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation within the industry, they are seeking a motivated Services Coordinator to join their growing team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of building services across multiple projects from tender through to completion. This role offers exposure to all stages of the construction lifecycle and provides an excellent pathway into a long-term career in services management.Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and other building services packages.
Assisting with tender reviews, subcontractor comparisons and procurement activities.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs and technical submissions.
Supporting design coordination and consultant engagement throughout project delivery.
Monitoring services installation, quality outcomes and commissioning activities.
Assisting with project handover, certification and close-out documentation.
Maintaining accurate records through project management systems and document control platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline, or a trade background within building services.35 years' experience within a contractor, subcontractor, consultant or construction environment.
Exposure to building services coordination and project delivery.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to develop your technical knowledge and career.
