Your new role
As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading the service division, driving operational performance, team capability, and customer satisfaction.
This is a key leadership role balancing people management, technical oversight, and commercial delivery, where youll play a key role in ensuring service quality, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.

Youre an experienced leader within industrial or technical service environments, known for your ability to drive performance, build capable teams, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
You dont just manage operations, you lead with intent, think strategically, and continuously look for ways to improve service delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
You will bring:Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior leadership role within industrial, mechanical, or engineering environmentsTrade qualification in Fitting, Machining, or a related disciplineStrong working knowledge of service management systems, ERP platforms, and scheduling toolsExposure to Oil & Gas or similar heavy industry sectors (highly regarded)Solid technical expertise across compressors, rotating equipment, or comparable mechanical systemsDemonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of coaching, developing, and holding teams accountableA strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standardsThe ability to build trust and credibility with both internal stakeholders and external clientsSound commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance, revenue, and service outcomesHighly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
